包永志,工学博士,讲师。内蒙古农业大学引进优秀博士人才第一层次。主要从事复杂下垫面蒸散发过程理论与模拟、荒漠化地区水热碳循环等方面的研究。以第一作者身份发表学术论文8篇,其中在《Journal of Hydrology》、《Catena》、《Science of the Total Environment》等国际权威学术期刊发表SCI论文5篇。主持完成内蒙古自治区研究生科研创新重点项目1项。
